So this is it.
You've left.
I eat my leftover rice
and pretend I don't care.
Puddle of Mud is playing
but it's not loud enough so I turn it up.
It's kinda funny how Reena and I
have deep conversations over MSN and
when I'm at her place we talk superficially.
I look mournfully at my cup;
can't fill it up cause all my juice is gone.
There... Reena feels better.
Now what about me?
"Will you be okay?"
When am I ever NOT okay, Sarah?
She looks at me and I know that
I'm stronger than this and maybe this time
I'll let myself cry when I need to.
So I go real quiet and just about choke on the
anguish that threatens to overwhelm me...
And I realise that no, I won't cry this time, either.

seriously emotional, You bring a passion to your poetry. It was good, good detail. Nice job

I hope you're okay Rhonda.

You can sit there and forgive someone until the cows come home, and it won't make a bit of difference until they forgive themselves.

Not being able to feel much emotional pain, I know what that's about---you know I can relate, and am here! Hmmm...I like your style of writing, it's not quite a poem...and not quite prose---it's like Funker Vogt---the happy median between Techno and Industrial...except, rather than music---you're writing! Keep it up, Raiden!
