I apologize in advance for all the mistakes in the poem.  I would check it over but then I might not post it.  Don't look at it as a poem but rather as an expression of whats going on right now with me.    Read deeply into it because I bury myself in confusion quite often (not on purpose but because my choatic thoughts are hard to follow, or my subconsious wants me to not express my feelings)

My Shell is broken
My Feelings exposed
For all to see
And I can not wait
To return to my Shelled life

My Shell is broken
The Breaking was painful
The result was sweet agony
I know myself better
But I still know myself the least

My Shell is broken
Reconstruction begins
Each thought strengthen it
Soon I will be lost
Soon I will be Shelled

My Shell is broken
But it begins a new
I trap my thoughts and feelings
Dooming them and myself back
To torturous hell of the prison of my Mind

My Shell was broken.

I liked this a lot... probably because I've felt something like this before.
I liked this part...
"My Shell is broken
But it begins a new
I trap my thoughts and feelings
Dooming them and myself back
To torturous hell of the prison of my Mind"

It goes deep.
Keep up the good work.
