" Forever " (13/01/03) © 2003 Brian Eggertsen, All Rights Reserved Verse 1 Would have paid any prize, To have you in my life. But we weren't meant to be, How I wish that only. I could turn back the time, So that you could be mine. Chorus Forever in my heart, Forever by my side, Then everything would be right. Forever completely, Forever so in love, Make sure that it would never stop, You and I...forever. Verse 2 I've made mistakes before, But never closed the door. In your face just like this, If I had just one wish. I'd undo what I've done, And love you like the one. Chorus Bridge I'm crying a river, Wishing I could move mountains. For sadness so bitter, Slipping closer to the end. But I still love you... And I still need you... Chorus |
