His face is amazing, beutiful in fact
I want him to hold me in his arms again
As we sway back and forth to the music
Nothing else was in my mind but his touch and smell

The way he smelled, it was the sweet smell of heaven
The way he held me in his arms
my arms outstreched to his neck
I was drawn in deeper with every move

In the back of my head I had past memories
Of what he did to my friends
What kind of boy he really was
how he pulled girls in and spit them out

But, this was different
In that moment I decided I had to be with him
I was just looking for someone to hold on to
I knew with him I could do anything right or wrong

I was ready and willing to take him in my arms
But my eyes were closed to the truth
I had it bad as they keep telling me
I want to be with him but at what cost

With my arms open and eyes closed
what could he get away with
tossed around like a rag doll, losing it all
My eyes opened and my arms are closed, all is gone
