My heart fell today and I didn't have time to go and get it.
So there it lies with pain as I realize one thing.
You are with her, my eyes met my heart with this sight.
In an instant, you said lata
        without a shake
        without a look.
To feel the loss of your best friend,
        with no reason why,
because you stand right there in front of me
but the same love we felt is not alive.
I love you, but do you feel the same?
        confusion surrounds me
        I don't know why.
I shouldn't feel this way, but can you tell me how I stop now?
We aren't together, only best friends,
        but she takes my place,
but not to erase the memories we have together.
Now all I ask is to understand,
Why can't you have her
        but me at the same time?
For all I know is that I love you,
So please come help,
        and tell me what you think
So I may go and put my heart
        back in place.

That was really good cole! I loved that one...y didnt you like it?...i thought it was extremely good. very well written. expressed emotions. Good job. <3 me
