Do You Know?

Do you know,

  You're the ray of light
Coming in thru her dark clouds.
  You're the fire
Burning behind her bright green eyes.

Do you know how much you really mean to her?

You helped her up
  When she was weak,
You spoke for her
  When she couldn't speak.
You stopped her tears
  When they made her cry,
You made her laugh
  When she wanted to die.

You're the sparkling rainbow
  Peeking out thru the pouring rain that is her
  tears
You're the one thing
  That calms her fears.

Do you even know
  how much you really mean to her?

Now, I know this isn't the best peice in the world, or the best peice I've written, but I do think it captures how everyone has felt at some time in there life. Enjoy.

By far the most powerful part of that poem. I'll be looking at more of yours if this isn't one of your best because that was truly wonderful. NIIIIICE!

This was really sweet. The flow is good. Have you shown it to the person it was for yet?

I haven't shown it to the person it was written for, as I just wrote it last night and I won't see him until Jan. 2. I probably will show him tho. Thanks to all those who replyed.
