Things are moving way too fast, Im still living in the past Wish I could press rewind, To a time when i was always on your mind Instead im left in the cold, with no one ne longer to hold, You built me up only to make me fall and now i mean nothing to u at all- There were times when all u wanted to do was be with me. Now that you are gone u seem so glad that you are free I miss the you i used to know, But sometimes i just have to learn to let go Ive never met a boy who has meant so much to me I fell in love with the person i used to know, the smile that would always glow Ill always remember the words you said, Ill take them to my grave when i am dead When you walked into my life that day It changed my life forever The day u walked away brought all the pain back my way I miss you more then words can say My only wish is to have just one more day |

"Wish I could press rewind, To a time when i was always on your mind" I loved the poem but the bit above fascinated me as I was trying to put the same concept into words and all I could come up with sounded like a Sony VHS promotion. Great poem. |
