Standing In Silence...

My thoughts surround me
like a curtain falling down
All that goes on
keeps dragging me back
down into the pits
I can't escape from
why does this keep
torturing me

I BREAK

Its all bottled up
I won't release it
You can't feel it
these thoughts keep
cutting me down
to a tiny speck
that can't do nothing
but sit and stare
down at the ground

I FREAK

Screaming at this
maddening rage that
keeps building up inside
I can't hold it in
any longer

help me

WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!
I CAN'T MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER!
I CAN'T MAKE SOMEONE LOVE YOU!
I CAN'T MAKE IT GO AWAY!

it's ok to sometimes break down. it's healthy. *points* there's my email addy if you ever want a stranger to talk to. lovin' this vent.
