While I was writing this i was kinda saying it in my head like a country song, so thats why there are babies and things

I look into your face
I know its the end
And all I want to tell you
is I love you, and I always have

You try to convience me that its alright
I know its not, because your leaving
Your going off to college
to find that pretty girl

I know that I could never compete with them
You were my all while you were here
And now baby your nothing to me
I can't stand to see you go

chorus:
And all I want to do is see to see you smile
To hold your big hand to mine
to gaze at those beutiful eyes
one more time

I know that we are just considered friends
But baby you mean more to me then that
and all I am asking for is just a chance
to say that you are mine

Now your door is closed and tail lights gone
and I am left in the dust
tear rolling down my face
cuz what I said was not enough
