well today sucked, so here's my time to complain about it.

I don't even know if this qualifies as a poem. But I do know that it sucks and I don't like it, but I'm gonna post it anyway.

"$3.75"

here I am,
doing 60 on highway that I don't even know.
Sooner or later, I'm gonna end up in Norfolk.
I'll be there for about 45 minutes
before I turn around and ride for 3 more hours.
When I get home, the power will still be off.
I wont be able to post my poem on whatever web site it is that I post on.
I'm gonna hear songs on the radio and try to figure out which band it is but I wont be able to because I can't think straight.
I'm getting sick and I just sent my brother off to Providence for something stupid that he doesn't want to do.
When I get home, I'm gonna realize that I've lost all but $3.75 of my money and I wont be able to find it.

All in all, today sucked and the trip to Norfolk sucks.

Please, if you ever come to Virginia (if you don't already live here), DON'T GO TO NORFOLK!!!! It sucks and the drive down there is one of the most boring ones that there could possibly be.

You know, I really really like this. I don't know what it is about it, but I just really like it

No, on second thought, let's not go to Camelot.

Hey, we have a place called Norfolk here in Britain....... it's full of fields of potatoes, and not very interesting. Good poem though, sums it up.

i would definetely classify this as a poem, i agree with skyfire i like this for some reason.  the free verse has an interesting quality to it.  oh and the drive to norfolk is more interesting if you go 460

Sometimes, the things that go unsaid are the only things worth hearing.

I went 460 and it was still horrible.  I hate going through Sussex and Ivor and Waverly. you may not have to go that way but it's awful.  I have to go down 40 for a little while too, which doesn't help.  Why am I even posting this, you don't care about how I get to Norfolk.  Like I said, Stinky Twinkie is dumber than sand.

yeah, I think you're right "stephanie" (or can I call you "steph"? hahaha).  This isn't a poem at all. Maybe it's prose or whatever its called.  It doesn't matter because it came from me and anything that comes from me is gonna be messed up in one way or another. I'm all out of thoughts now. I'm gonna go eat my couch.

Thanks for warning me. Next time I go up north I'll be sure to steer clear of Norfolk Virginia, which, by the way sounds like Purgatory to me.
