Tough Being A Teenager

Its tough being a teenager, noone really knows
What the pressures ate like in school, so this is how it goes
I wake up every morning and stare into this face
I want to be good-looking but I feel like a disgrace
My friends seem to like me, if I follow through with their dare
But when I try to be myself they dont seem to care
My dad keeps telling me to focus on my grades
But when he say he loves me, it seems his love only fades
Everyone is trying to be so cool
And when I try it, I make myself a fool
I've started to feel really lost and wonder what to do
I wonder where to go, and who I can talk to
Its tough being a teenager, sometimes life is not fair
Sometimes it gets so hard, I feel like nobody wants to care
