I am who you say I am So who does that make me? To most, I am Lisa [Lisa- Consecrated to God] I am the quiet student--you can never trust the quiet ones I am the hard worker--Its easier to forget when you are at work I am the little catholic girl--only the good die young, you know To some, I am Lis [Lis-cunning and sly] I am the friend that always has an open shoulder--but can flood yours with tears I am the one that always want to help--but too stubborn to accept it I am really good at seeing through you--and really good at hiding it all To few, I am Li [Li-strength] I am a sister, and a daughter, a family--I am thier baby I am a confidant, and a memory--I'm a character I am so many things, and yet I am N o t h i n g ~Lisa And this little masochist, she's ready to confess -Tori Amos [This message has been edited by LCBS (11-21-2002 09:39 PM).] |

Lisa~ You are FAR from 'nothing'.  You are a wonderful person and an excellent poet. Don't ever forget that! I REALLY enjoyed this response to the challenge. You've written it so beautifully, and you're right. You ARE many things, but most of all you are 'you'. Nicely done.
