A Long Drive Home (from a good night)
7.24.02

Almost like I’m invincible,
Trapped in a stopless clock
I refuse to sleep
Because I want to be forever
How I feel right now
I’m left breathless
Dumbfounded

Spectacular thoughts,
Emotions and the sky
Was painted with
Purple and gold
And honest to God
Red water colors

A reflection off my soul,
As to thoughts and you
As to all the love in the
World.
Time is short,
Almost invincible
My emotions, my life
Love, all of my love
Is reflected
Off and on

Into my soul
As the suns sets
The world sleeps
My pen and mind make love
The emotions
Dance together tonight
Under a pale
Orange moon
From dusk til dawn
Under the stars
The twilight of my poem,
My life,
Reflected off my soul.

Alas, the land of souls
And my emotion
My life, my death.
All of my soul, live.
Hand in hand,
A blue aura
And a purple suit case
With a honest to God
Red sun rise, filled
With all of my emotions and love.

Hey Jimmy good first post. Let me tell you me and everyone else would love to hear more of your stuff.
my fav line a-
"My life, my death.
All of my soul, live."
Keep it up

" I think I got a tan from the light in which i was basking."
