Standing In Silence...

Swiftly, the winter winds come
to tear the leaves
from the dying trees.

Misty fog rises
and the clouds descend
to make a frozen dew.

The woodland creatures come out
curious how the seasons
aren't the least bit merciful..

It's a little different to your first but it has the same sort of imagery and thus continuity, it's a great write and wonderful read, thanks for sharing
