Prim and proper in her daily life
Reigning from her stiff, sturdy throne.
Ice-cold words pierce through her heart
Not one kind word from her parents
Charitable acts go unnoticed
Especially by those she helps the most
Simply put it doesn’t matter what she does
Since no one is aware that she is even there
Now reality sets in
Easily she sees
That people really care
She’s just a drama queen

I know this may not seem like a great poem, but I would like your input even if you think it stinks. I would like to know how I may improve my writing.  Your input means a lot, thanks!
