I'm so confused,
You say "love ya",
In such an offhanded way,
And I can't be sure,
Of anything.
You say you don't regret,
Meeting me,
But I regret,
Meeting you...sometimes.

I like the "love ya" part, its really ties in with the next line and the offhanded thing.

You say you don't regret,
Meeting me,
But I regret,
Meeting you...sometimes.

Isn't that true....I regret it 24/7 with some people.....

Good poem....or vent....yea....

It really is a nice little poem, and so many people feel the same way as you. We all regret meeting some people some times. God knows life would be easier without them, but then I wouldn't have all my little poems to share, and I think alot of others are the same way. Keep on writin'!

After Love comes Pain, then Love, Then Pain, then Love, then Pain..... does anyone else see a pattern here? Oh well, can't say it's not worth it.

I quite enjoyed this one...been through it too..."love ya" is usually just words to me..but what about the full "i love you" stuff? what happens when that is said in an offhandish way? MEGA confusion that's what
