When the world collapses
where do you find me
underneath the ruble
of death?
it's scary when you cant wake up
when your world is foggy
dying
I feel crazy
this life can kill us all
too bad
the sun has stopped
exploded in a
diaster of pain
too many weeks
of cramped discord
hard days, harder nights
there's no change in me
maybe some sort of death
to whom it may concern;
I'm hurting
my mind is breaking
the blood drips away
as death becomes reality
when does the world stop turning
I hate this
I feel cold, of so cold
There's a scent in the air
the rancid smell
of giving up

Regina,
I like it, you should post it in Dark poetry too, it has a nice dark conotation to it.

I'm not sure exactly what to make of this... the imagery is astounding, as per your usual... and you ended on a delightfully disturbing note.

Beautifully written... you've captured the feelings of despair with true expertise.  I'd expect nothing less from a truly dark poet such as yourself.

Love the new pic, by the way.

I liked the poem a lot Regi! A LOT A LOT!
Very nicely written, and by the way, nice pic.

Regina, wow. Like Brian I'm not too sure what to make of this. You always did have such a brilliant ability to make dark pieces even darker but this has me troubled. It is excellently written, no doubt about that, but perhaps this hits just a little too close to home for me to not be biased.

You take care of yourself, ok? BTW, I'm loving that new pic you've got up there. Very nice.

I'm new to the forum so I've never seen your writing before, but I like it.  I look forward to reading more of your stuff.
