I walk down this street Tar melting A lilly yawns as I set down my bags and sit on the freezing curb The sky opens up and the moon takes a breath of fresh air I look up as the purple hue takes me over Realization of my life The ground opens up and the devil singes the stars A crystal clear tear strips the dirt from my face as it slowly runs down my cheek Realization of my life A star falls down next to me and I pick it up It burns the skin from my hand I place it in my pocket My gift from above Realization of my life |
