as with most of my poetry,
like the Renegade posted earlier,
this man does not exist...and, never did. I rarelywrite about myself...I write for the joy of creativity and the reader and hopefully they can relate. Most of my poetry was written long ago.....

My Inspiration

You care so much,
you know me
through and through.
In spite of the unspoken
chapters of our lives
I feel the depth of your integrity,
and, I must be so careful that
we do not develop
too great a need for each other,
maintaining a precious
balancing act
on the tightwire of life's
many kinds of love.
For, I have discovered
you are the kind
of man
I admire the most.

without surrender, be on good terms with all persons...

Pat, sorry that I misunderstood, but still I love your poetry. You write with such feeling that I thought there really was a "he" right there, I guess. You have an "inspiration" inside of you that certainly helps you to write really special, romantic words. You have much talent, Lady. Thanks for sharing your work with us.

With love and Best Wishes
Ethel

To the-loner-23 and Ethel and Auguste,
thank you for the kind words.

Ethel, I'm glad you take the time to tell me what you think. It means everything to me.

Maybe most people  in here do write about their personal lives..that's cool...I just rarely do....Oh, that there were more hours in the day for I want to try a sonnet, and much, much more writing...can't even find time to read the archives and keep up with current postings...ah well, I'll keep trying....thanks again
