Today I am feeling a bit unnerved, uptight and just down right panicky.
I was trying to pen my feelings when I discovered I couldn’t concentrate long enough to pen a darned thing.
Then I remembered posting this a while back and thought I would just repost it instead of driving my self even crazier trying to write today.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Out of no where, it hits
Uncontrollable fits
Blasting through like a train-
Fast racing heart
Palpitations now start
Unbearable, acute chest pain-
Muscles ever tense
Vision is so dense
Breathlessness now begins-
Feeling dizzy and weak
With a feverish cheek
Sensations of needles and pins-
Sweaty and hot
Trembling non-stop
Can’t stop hyperventilation-
Vision now tunnel
Looking through a funnel
Feelings of depersonalization-
An end is in sight
Put an end to this fight
As fast as it came, it went-
Over once more
I hit the floor
Mind and body totally spent-
My turbulent ride
I cannot hide
No cure for me in sight-
So I just sit and wait
As if it were fate
For my next frightful flight-
Wonderful penned.
The stars will shine when I am gone,
the earth will turn on as before,
the gulls, still race along the shore,
the morning star, still kiss the dawn
A very turbulent read indeed.
Some R&R is what you need.
I would suggest at least several weeks of relaxation with your muse. . .
good to see you again. . .
