somebody's dungeon

It's quiet, light is dim
the candle has burned
to the quick, and flickers
with no dance upon wall.
Faint surround, that's all.

The small crystal orb gifted
filled with red liquid
that burns of fire
also illuminates

slightly

slightly

the space that
I am in. Scent of
lilac and jasmine
with vanilla tease
upon air is now
an aura, and a gentle
caress of smell.

In this moment, my sigh
escapes, in time, caught
felt, sent upon air
relax of mind ensues.

pause

reflect

renew.
