As My Pen Runs Dry In my times of need I’ll get by somehow Still thinking of you Where are you now Pen dipping in love Often I rendevous Those times of past In thoughts of you A once bright heart Wrote of harmony In attempt to verse I stroll my memory A heart left longing I yearned for reply Thoughts linger on As my pen runs dry Releasing emotions My final tears fell Writing of sorrows Heartaches are hell Hope©2002 |
