(I just wanted to do a poem on this movie. But it has my own twist in a few places. )

There once was a young man
He was cold to everybody
He knew if he kept this up
He would find nobody

Well one day the ugliest woman
Dropped by his castle
He was so horrified
When she asked for help
He turned her away

Then all of a sudden
She turned into a beautiful woman
And he asked himself,
"What the hell did I just do?"

The woman to teach him a lesson
Turned him
Into a ugly beast
And said,
"If you don't fall in love
By your 21st birthday
Forever this way you shall be."

He gave up hope
And for 3 years
He stayed hidden away
Never did he think
He would find the love of his life

One day someone stumbled
Upon his castle
He didn't like visitors
So he held him captive

Little did the beast know
That the mans daughter
Was searching for this man
Until she too stumbled across
His castle

She traded postitions with
Her father
And her father was set free
But the Beast was so
To have more trouble
Than he asked for

While the girl stayed
In his castle
They slowly but surely
Fell for one another
He loved her
So much he soon let her free

It was almost his 21st Birthday
And he realized the mistake
He had made
Then he reasoned to himself,
"I shall be like this forever.
And this I brought amoungst myself."

Little did he know
That a mob was coming
To get him
And the girl was on her
Way back to warn him

When he saw the girl again
He just smiled
But she told him of the mob
So him and his servants
Prepared for the war

The mob came
They fought back
Soon they thought
The fight was over

But out on the roof
The Beast and the other guy
Who loved her
Was in a life or death duel

The girl watched
As the beast threw the other guy
Off the roof
And sunk to the ground
With a knife wound

She thought he was dead
And she began to cry
A tear hit the Beast
And he started to transform

Within a few minutes
He was the handsome prince
He had once been
And he woke up and smiled at her
And they lived happily ever after
Now that is the end

Every time my son comes home with his girlfriend that's the first thing I say..."Well lookie here...the beauty and the beast are here".....and if it's a new girlfriend, I still say this...then I tell her..."You know?, you're not nearly as homely as my son said you were?"

Oh poohah. I'll bet she demanded a Mercedes and a little box on the hillside made of ticky tacky.

I guess one becomes content with one’s poetry when one opens the book ten years hence and does NOT exclaim, “Did I really write this?”

(big hugggssssss) Oh my gosh, other than Pinocchio and Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite movies ever and still makes me cry every time I watch it because it shows can love can change someones life, even who seems the most coarse and unrefined. (smiles) This is a beautiful poem based on a beautiful movie, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Julie, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

That one was good.

What is life without poetry and adventure?
"Little sister" is just another way of saying "Guardian Angel"!
