Do you know Thomasa,
that you silenced the songs of my soul?

Have you been told?

Do you know that
my nights now assail?
That my days deride?

That evenings are now insults from which I hide?
That mornings are now mockeries from which I flee?

Have you been told Thomasa?
That you can make me king?

Cause me to sing?

Set my heart free?
