state of confusion

In the shape of mentor,
you teach me
the art of
intimidation

stand
three inches
from my face

puffs of breath
blow tiny hairs
at my temples

I step backward
to make space,
you grab my shoulder,
hold me in place
we pose

I look away
two cold hands
grasp my head,
direct my eyes
to focus

Your pupils widen
for several seconds
I see you
and the real intent

to take me

Wonderfully emotive, Corinne ... I could "feel" this ... you captured this type of feeling perfectly. Well done, much enjoyed!

Best wishes,

This sounds like a very uncomfortable situation. I like my bounderies, and space.

(big hugggssssss) Oh Corinne, I understand how you feel, reading this this too would make me feel uncomfortable if that particular situation occured! (sigh) This is wonderfully said, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Corinne, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Corinne

Some think they have power to intimidate, but can be felled by grace.  This felt very real.  Take care of you.
