Even on a bad
The sun still shines
No matter how bad it is
Sometimes it can bring you
Out of the sad mood

The sun still shines
For one and all
When the sun shines
Something good is bound to happen

Like make a new friend
Make ammends with your boyfriend
And hope he understands how you feel
When you talk to him about things that
Bug you that he does

When the sun shines
It is always a perfect time
To get out into nature
And see the sites
And everything that God above
Has created for us

it is a time
To travel
To walk
To hang out with friends in a park
To go for a swim
Or just do whatever you want

The sun still shines
Down on you and me
Make the best of it
While it is out
Before the rain comes
And ruins this beautiful day

Cold hands means a warm heart

Ah, Loner, I do like the way you use your words here! As I read, it made me realize that I needed to make better use of the days of sunshine, before the days of rain get here!  Good one!

The music is playing..it's your turn to dance!

The sun in my world is you Julie.

What is life without poetry and adventure?
"Little sister" is just another way of saying "Guardian Angel"!

Thanx for the reminder.  We've had an unusually gorgeous summer in Western Washington and I know there's about four gray months of rain on the way!
Nice poem.

Enjoyed the happier and "sunnier" tone to this write. Chris

I do like this a lot.   Sometimes I like to sit on the dock and just watch the sun as it sets, while it throws its magic across the waters.
