Upon Star Dust

I'm elevated to the sky where the star dust begins
Riding it's fall to the earth here below
At this height I can see what very few can
So, I hold on to it's graceful flow...

On my way down to the ground I've captured so much
Nature at it's finest looking over it all
Never thought I'd keep finer ornaments of faith
As I'd shimmer and tenderly fall...

Here, rain fell like iridescent icicles on a roll
Taking on the light but leaving a pearl sequenced view It's like the wind spoke through a megaphone to those willing to hear
And, nothing more could phase me for what I just went through...

Star dust exists but always it's destination is the ground
Calm to the soul and never ever makes a sound
Oh, and those leaves had a shade all their own left from the sun
And, I witnessed sundown to take all it had done...

The night found hills so dark and bold to the eyes
But, I can't tell you what it felt like to fall from the skies
My landing on feet there on glowing streets
Gave way for the star dust and nature to meet...

Then I watched water and it's fine layer in distance wear off
And, the star dust twinkled as it rested along the top
Waters never shined more then what I saw this night
Glowing in darkness to a moment that can't be taken by life...

Oh, upon star dust and it's soft end to the earth
Led way to a memory that's just given birth
I saw it all through the eyes of content
Hope I get the chance to ride the star dust again...

Green grass sparkled in dust only the star gave to it
Far more brilliant then the moon when it's lit
I was on a ride with grace face to face
Landing with the star dust along wildlife's place...

I was upon star dust and it's earthly force
So, may the fall from heaven someday be yours
And, when you catch your eyes on light never seen
You'll know it's that star dust directing me...

Suanni,
There you are!

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

I thought I saw something a little unusual in the southern skies the other night...
Now... I know it was you, Saunni...
Its grand to see you again.

Stars shine brightest when they're loved.

Thank you.
