standing on a shadow's lace

Gift To You

you are
the poetic justice
of me
blank pages filled
line by line
every letter
comes together
to form words
which pour
from feelings
that are mine
they are a part
of my soul
you say
you clutch
when looking deeper
a place
only you touch
a secret place
hidden past
my skin
of how
I open to you
to let you in
how romantic
for me
is this view
the words I give
to them
written in
gift for you

I’m not disappointed, I never expected anything from you.
