To be clever was never
your intent.
Gutwrenching honesty was
your style.
Bleeding through falsity,
was your gift
to humanity.
All the colors of the sky
I understood through
your mind's eye.
Pain and suffering,
but sheer delight
of Life.
You canvassed my soul,
and painted it true,
as only you could do.
I've always loved you,
Vincent,
for your heart
did always
bleed through
in Love's hue.

Michael, how nice of you to reply to this, for you too are an artist of true, in words as well as paletted feelings.

A lovely tribute to Van Gogh, Kacy...
He would have thoroughly enjoyed it.

I actually have a poster of a poem he wrote, framed and hung in my computer room...
Ironically... the name of the poem is "Passion"
~ hugs and passionate art

(smiles) Oh my gosh, I love Van Gogh so much because of the watercolors he used, my favorite piece is his moonlight ones, this is a gorgeous dedication of honor, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kacy, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

One of my favorites, your Vincent. His madness, is just barely tempered on his canvases. But it makes him, all the more compelling.

This penning, is compelling as well, (though lacking the madness).

wonderful!

In reply to "which way do we go?", the answer was never "straight", but, "progressively forward".
