OK here's my poem for the day, makin it up as i go

Smiles of delight
are way too costly
to waste on these empty walls.

But each day has its miracles!
Light through the pane,
leaves with their rustle,

despite worry's nagging,
still provoke the gentle soul
and awaken new contentments.

Passion's death?  No.
Transformed by time
to a new state.  An opened crysalis.

Emerging into a bright world
chaotic and new,
with a lusty cry and gasp of awe,

the brilliant thing
needs no witness
to arch and climb

on winds of change.

thankee
I think this poem is about getting old, losing the edge from the things that drive us, and replacing them with more substantial things...if this helps any.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Geenabee, I understand what you are saying, I agree wholeheartedly the only constant thing is change but I can also agree it's all happening too fast and if we keep living substantially we will never be satisfied it seems! (sigh) This is heartfelt, sweet friend, welcome to Passions by the way, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
