I am lost

Around me
Everything is familliar
Where it should be

Surrounding me
is everything I know
yet  I am lost,

just,  lost...

Glad you dusted it off, Tier.
This shouldn't have been in the dark so long.

Thank you, Noah, dear wonderful heart...

Thank you too, Wranx, I appreciate your comment. I was afraid to post it before because it seemed uninteresting at best.

courage, that's all I can say...

Your words sent a chill down my spine for I could so easily relate.  My father is the reason behind all I write and I have much to be grateful for.  It breaks my heart that he never knew me as a writer for my writing only began after he died.  Your words touched my heart.

Take care.....Sue

I think I also write because of him, I lost my dad when I was 18, so I understand your words.  You speak with tenderness and from the heart.  Hugs to you my friend.

Hello Sue & Gemini, I'm smiling because your comments along with Noah & Ed's really made posting this poem worth the trouble.

Thank you both!
