Breathing Your Dreams

contentment
on the face
that streaks
with gleam
I watch
in fitful quiet
as you
tenderly dream
and let
your morning
stroke strings
of classical tone
sweet violin sounds
float on waves
of breezes flown
now
open your eyes
to know
of the dream
of awake
wind
surrounds us
yet your breath
is the only air
I can
truly take
I whisper
wake now
and reach
for me
stop this
aching separation
and once again
be we

I’m not disappointed,  I never expected anything from you.

Beautiful

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.
