somebody's dungeon

They say a drowning man
is not troubled by rain

for in that tiniest of space
between

drop

and ocean

there is air
and salvation
is grasped

gasped

enjoyed

for it brings
perhaps only a moment

but a moment none the less

of air and life.

Love how you handled this challenge...yes, you found the healing space, the place of hope between life and death.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

My mom told me once, that the "big bad stuff" happens, and happens, and happens, until you learnnot to sweat the small stuff...

(not to be a drag, but she added? that it didn't stop the big stuff either...)

A most gracious write, lovely lady you...

and? you have a talent for titles...and the follow up too!

You are all too kind. Your comments, all, are appreciated more than you could ever know, placed within my heart for those times when I need a soft caress from within. You are all very special. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
