Thy hand I take to have and hold and all the land to shout in praise
For love is not a stranger to be feared

Thy love I wish to keep as mine till stars do fall and darkness stays
For love is but a spirit to be freed

Yet thee to feel with silk intent triumphant tolls the mission bells
For love is delicate in tone

When next beside thy daydreams sent of melting suns this vision wells
For love is harmony to hone

Rivers run free into the sea a swirling tide of azure hue
For love is every color, every sigh

Mountains stand tall, majestically as do the trees, singing of you.
For love to lift the heart and spirit high

Thy hand to take as fears succumb beneath this touch of velvet deep
For love is soft upon the listen in

Within the meadow fawn and plumb in secret smile of flesh tone sleep
For love is will find it's way now and again

The softness of cool flowing breeze caresses your shoulders and face
For love is but the very breath

As you lie in wait of this man upon the grasses with such grace
For love is ever pure in depth

And as I walk this path unworn to find the love I yearn to hold
For love is not a stranger to be feared

I shall bring a gardens bouquet; if I might come, might be so bold
For love is but a spirit to be freed

What a sweet surprise Gridley...not bad huh?
You know, we do work well together. Thanks so much for the inspiration, smiles and the nudge.

Yes Kathy...  I do enjoy working with you
on these collaborations,  in spite of your
ability to remain stubborn and hardheaded
with me regarding what you want in the
content...or what you DON'T want....

Seriously,  it is always fun, a pleasure
and yes,  we poetically doit well..
Thanx for another small poetic step..

Enjoyed...

Gridley....
