somebody's dungeon

The story goes:

Once upon a time
the rose

dying
from lack
of nurture

trying desperately
to grow
in barren soil

escaped
the flower bed

for another

lured by a promise

not fulfilled

turning back
to the bed
where she
wasn't fed
on the verge
of dead

and now
the gardner
an ogre
in love
with the beauty
but willing
to kill
for revenge

a slow death

lack of water
lack of sun
lack of love

and that's
the story.

Beautiful and also sad,

Is the grass greener?

We dont know until we go and see for ourselves,

Ouch....this is so sad. I enjoyed the read though.
