1 slick_lady and Interloper…Acoustics Of Love

He wrote:

I would write of you
Lazing by the calm sea shore
My words inflaming

She wrote:

Flammable moments
Once lit will forever burn
Composed in your fire

He replied:

Pianissimo
A slow quiet beginning
The adagio

She sighs:

Violins now play
Surrounding notes touch past edge
Whispering soul song

He breathes:

Symphony of love
Played by only two people
Sampling each other

She whispers:

Tasting sweet honey
Over and over again
Hunger from desire

He moans:

My heart is melting
My breath comes in rapid gasps
Matching her heartbeat

She aches:

Emotional tune
Expression heard in a sigh
As I breathe your air

They think:

This must be true love
I’ve never been so in sync
This must be heaven

They react:

Their bodies go limp
Perspiration lines their lips
Such satisfaction

They kiss:

Salt-sprinkled lips meet
Promising more than a word
Giving of themselves

Forever:

Now there is a rock
Set upon our molded clay
Forever today
