My letter to the President:

The wacky Iraqi
has been downgraded
from the status of Evil
to a Serious Threat.
You bet....
and of course a burning Bush
is not a threat?
It's easy to see
that the majority
does not agree
with your policy
yet you continue to disagree
with most of humanity
and without humility
threaten a sovereign country,
is it another version of
Manifest Destiny?
Don't get me wrong.
I think Saddam is a bad man.
But he doesn't stand alone
on my list.
Listen to your people.
They are trying to tell you something.
Stop talking and
listen
for a change.

Leave it to you to shed a little light on the sujects of religion and politics.I got to agree with you here again, certainly makes more sense to me to clean up your own back yard before you go trying to bomb the rest of the world into submission. And things up here,as the natives say are "as they should be.Gorgious late summer wether as the tourists thin and peace returns once again.

well said... well written...

Regards,
Sudhir.
P.S. As soon as G. Bush got elected as pres. of US, Europeans declared unflinchingly: the son will try to complete what his father could not (no wonder, most Europeans wished Al Gore would be the next pres. though they thought he lacked charisma...). The only question was how soon and under what excuse? But what has surprised them more now than ever is the almost picturesque tail wagging by T. Blair. Anyway, politicians... they never quit. I, the non-aligned, much-maligned Indian, stand in my corner to watch in discomfort

(big huggsssssss) Oh Kacy, it is very saddening the environment means so much to the world and Bush has failed to look into that issue just as there are many other voices being ignored that must be heard! (sad sigh) This is an excellent letter you must send to the White House I recommend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kacy, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Yep....it's a real mess....but, sooner or later that maniac will kill at least a million people in a sadistic manner...and all the talk will be past tense and it will be too late....True, we shouldn't pursue this alone....but it needs to be addressed....sooner or later...that sadistic idiot is going to kill alot of people...and Al Gore?...Thank God he wasn't elected....he doesn't just lack charisma, he lacks the intelligence to know what it means.

I'm lining up on your side. What is it with this crazy prez of ours? I think his cowboy boots are too tight...

Thanks to each of you for reading and commenting. This is a very serious issue, one I feel no one should remain silent about, as everything our leaders say and do impact our daily lives and the future of this planet. Freedom for all people of the globe requires vigilance and a worldwide unified effort to find peaceful solutions wherever possible, not a one-man-show vigilanty mentality.
