hummingbird dances me
     longer than a breath
Van Gogh verdancy
      in midst of a drought
moon's depth perceived
      better with two
freshly carved lines
      in everything seen

these vivid slices of impossible pie
I could never have
earned
but, she gave them freely
and all I can say
is
I love you

brian,
I am currently in the mi(d)st
of a looming depression,
and I just wanted you to know
how much these words touched me...

And you said it wonderfully.

A *sigh* escaped my lips as I read.

No pause, for my eyes saw this, and could do nothing more. Lovely Brian.

brian doth wax romantic with shimmerbird waltzings and moonpeered musings.

Damn, boy!
I didn't know ya had it in ya.

(do you still have the number for rent-a-muse? (My "Poetry Maker 3.0" software crashes everytime I try to change the "default" to e.e. cummings.)).

~you know who.

In reply to "which way do we go?", the answer was never "straight", but, "progressively forward".
