I heard once,
that still waters run deep,
I wonder if that's you,
I wonder if you realise that is me,
I just have this feeling,
that beneath your calm exterior,
are a thousand currents endlessly pushing and pulling,
I bet if I dive in they will pull me under,
I think that you are too many fathoms deep for my mind to comprehend,
a little too vast for comfort,
But I will take the plunge anyway and find out,
let those powerful currents envelop me and take me down to the depths of you,
see if I might cause a few ripples in your still waters

sometimes you gotta ride the waves to see where they take you.  VERY well written Anya, I enjoyed this!

Very nice...and my sentiments too. We are all deeper than we appear if only someone takes the time and effort to explore our depths. Thanks for sharing. God Bless!
