Silly Billy was the name, Of my pet goat, He always did such crazy things Like try to steer a boat! He even went to school one day, And sat in on a class, He handed in a paper, In which he got a pass! He always did amaze me, At all that he could do, He even bossed the cows around, Once he learned to moo! Billy was a happy goat And fun to have around, I'd laugh so hard, at jokes he'd tell, I'd be rolling on the gound! One day when he was hungry, He ate my father's hoe, And soon my Dad was shouting, "That goat has got to go!" Poor Billy must have heard it all, Of that which Pa did say, For then we heard, the engine roar, As he drove our car away! Dear, Silly Billy, I miss you very much, I hope you'll write me letters And always keep in touch! [This message has been edited by Earth Angel (09-02-2002 02:01 PM).] |

Linda, you do this very very well...You and our infamous, or is it famous?... Balladeer should get together in a duet some time.... ROTFL, Billy must have been one special goat! I enjoyed this, and had a good belly laughs as I pictured that goat driving down the highway. He ate a hoe???? |
