Their silent tears fill
An azure pool of sadness.
Drink deep, remember.
Forget not the days of night,
Lest they shall be repeated.

Linda, this is poignant, but beautiful in its presentation.  Well done Tanka.

(big hugggssssss) Oh Linda, this is sooooo heartfelt, sweet friend, my heart goes out to all the children and less fortunate who weep and wish for God to grace them all with hope and rise! (sigh) This is very touching, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Linda, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Thank you for your comments. I love writing haikus and tankas. Powerful visuals and emotions can be portrayed with so few words.

Short pieces have far more impact for me. They come and they go, but the message always remains. Nice work EA
