“MOONLIGHT GUITAR”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
Dreams I’ve had while sleeping,
to serenade you in the meadow,
the one that touches the lake
where we met, a while ago...
Yet dreams come true at times,
just like now being together,
with moonbeams shining down,
kissing a face to admire…
I strum chords of passion,
sing softly into the breeze,
romantic words of the blues,
under these starlit trees…
Words I see from your lips,
I can read what they are,
they follow along with mine,
as I play this moonlight guitar…
WhiteRose - soft and dreamy is the tune. Thank you for the reply...
Kitty** - I'm sure your guitar does play some nice tunes... thank you for coming by.
Sunshine - h'mmmm, I haven't thought of that. Appreciate your reply...
Madame Chipmunk - Yes, I do play the guitar. Don't know what I like best, playing, writing, or both. So, I wrote some songs and still can't figure it out... Thanks for stopping by...
Ooooh, this sounds delightful! Chris
The guitar can be so romantic. And added to moonlight, you can't go wrong.
Love this one, Bill.
