Dear Friends To all our friends that came to call And lit their candles for the ball We cannot say but tears did spill Like rain upon a windowsill. We thank you sixty times each one The night was gay and we had fun And now that we have closed that door We ask you back when sixty more. I cannot say enough to those Who sent their poetry of rose? It lit a path we knew was there Lined with thoughts of tender care. And on the way the petals flew To dedicate the love we knew. And we did smile the love and style Each soul did write in loving wile. There is no words to say how near A thoughtful word can bring a peer. |

Seymour darling heart Thank you for the delight and love you sprinkle through each of our souls. Isabelle, thank you for lending him to us each day. In my heart you'll always be sweet couple met at other sea. I can't tell you what you mean to me, A sweeter couple could never be. I didn't see your gay soiree the summons came too late for me for I was lying in my bed with fever flowing through my head I tossed and turned without a rest while thoughts of you became hard pressed to make a rhyme I could not do to say the things I wanted to Yet come September you will see you're in my thoughts of poetry until that day, please understand I thought of you and your day grand couldn't make the dance, but you know my thoughts were of your shinging show. perhaps next year it will be done and I can wish Happy sixty-one.
