When turning,
And looking backward in time
Many words
And events,
Documented in my rhyme,
Some simple
Some complex,
Some written only for me,
Then there’s poems
Just a form,
Nothing more than poetry,
Still the rhyme
Is my paper history.

paper history...some read through rose colored glasses, some from your blue shades
and others definitely to be read in the  shadows of dark.

* hey I'm waiting for the hide...

Thank goodness some of the past is put to pen and some of it put to rest. I enjoyed this read.

Thank you, Sunshine,
Pleased you enjoyed

Thank you, Zinsser,
I am working on updating my web site
Still have several hundred to add.

Thank you, Nakdthoughts,
My shades (glass lens) in blue, like my eyes and soul,
And I’m always in hiding
Glad you liked this.

Thank you, Midnitesun,
The papers and things just pile up,
Luckily I have enough space.

Thank you, WhiteRose,
And a long history it is, years upon years now,
One day I might prepare a book for after my death.
Glad you enjoyed this now

Gloom
