He thinks himself a sculptor.
He is demolitionist.

He takes a mallet to the stone--
he pounds away the finite chips
of everything that is not HIM--
he takes a mallet to the stone.
He is demolitionist...

Then? He weeps--he weeps, alone.

How often people destroy the things they love most then regret it, but then it is too late, and lost.  Good one Serenity.

God bless ya sweetie and congratulations! Hope everything went well!!
I wanted to be there to take the blame for that song but mostly to have that dance with you.
I could have given you away too. But I'm being too presumptious now....sorry... I know how you loved your dad so....He was there as a bold reflection in your spirit!

Have a nice weekend!

Your old Canadian poet buddy....Eric

(smiles) Oh my gosh, this is just wonderful, I love it, art is truly all about what we feel aesthetically and descriptively and it certainly does feel like demolition when we chisel away! (sigh) This is wonderful, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

I loved the concept you used to portray this Karen ... absolutely bang on, and brings such a clear visual to mind. An excellent write!

I wanted to pop in to say a quick thank you, and sighs, I have been neglecting my good friends here in Open, and so? I think I'll get some coffee, and come back and do some reading--I've missed you guys!

serenity-
This is VERY cool.
I knew from the title that I was going
to love this one, and I was NOT disappointed.
