“DANCING IN MOONBEAMS” by Bill Charles ~~~~ We walk as one to the meadow, your hand I take this night… Standing together waiting, touching senses with delight… Dark is the forest around us, yet listen, hear the breeze… Sounds of soft guitars playing, slipping notes, through trees… Bluesy chords are the melody, rhythm embraces each soul… Full moon lights the darkness, for two lovers in its control… Dancing in moonbeams, sensuous, hips are becoming, as they sway… It’s moon dancing that we do, a magical setting, our cabaret… ~~~~ |
