The New Born Day

Here Love lave life, heartsongs and call
mens strength to break a perverse wall
and find a peace of grace so sweet
in its touch future minds will meet
with hands turning this age around
a clock that has a better sound,
Just loud enough not to intrude
with "ticks" talking to life too rude
Just fair enow to say "inarm"
the new born day and its fresh charm.

Inarm the new born day
the beauty of a million rays
glim glancing up unto your face.

Inarm the new born day
as heaven rears herself abroad
touch nature and be touched by God.

For what else can give grace?

Inarm: Embrace

Essorant.

(big hugggssssss) Oh my gosh, I don't understand how such a beautiful poem can go so far without being noticed, back up you go, yay! (smiles) Yes, He is everywhere and everything He gives life to has grace, for His spirit and love shines in all the flowers that bloom and songs children sing and every beautiful simple pleasure! (sigh) This is breathtaking, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much, now back up you go where you belong! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Essorant, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

I like it Essorant!  The rhymes are great...not a forced one in the lot, I don't think.  It has a wonderful message too in its playful way.

Thanks for letting me know it was here.

Someone who likes to enfold
old world charm into one's poetry
will soon become a favorite read

I loved this. As I read I hilighted a line and was going to put it in my response, but then I found another and another....

And well, it was a great poem with a great message.

This is the first of your writings that I have read and I look forward to more.

Hugs, Marti
