Toys stake claim in every corner of the room
Tattered and broken they show thier use
Ones so soft meant to be held close and tight
Others loud and onri to bring thier eyes and hearts delight
   Children how wonderful they are
Words that are spoken, new phrases and thoughts that bring both shock and amusement
Laughter and giggles warm the room
The sound that will always be imprinted into our souls
   Children how wonderful they are
Happiness is all they know
Love is life to them
Every moment with them
Every memory of them forever cherished in our lives
   Children how wonderful they will always be
