He's Trying To Take My Dog

He doesn't seem to think it is enough
That he torments me with his drinking
He's trying to take my dog (Barney), too
My patience he seems to be trying

Barney is just a helpless little dog
He may not ever bring him back again
He might just leave him with someone
And never tell me where he is

He was only six weeks old when I got him
He has no right to take him away from me
Barney was given to me when very young
He didn't even want me to get Barney

He's not just trying to take your dog--he's trying to take your spirit! grrrrr....y'got me seething here...

If this guy is your husband? Take the credit card, and go buy something really expensive--and then tell him you will return the item--if he returns the dog! grrrrr.....

Everyone is right Sue. I know it's hard. I've been where you are. You have to stand your ground and tell him the DOG STAYS!!
