Soleil Tracings - 1

For you, I should become
a palette
as oils of youth and middle age
become as one again

Or perhaps ivory
under fingertips,
as you shall brush me warm
in ways of blush
then carve with hands
to pinken ivory

Perhaps, I am best
as parchment,
wearing well your words of warm
as you draw intentions Arabic
one two three

and my navel
shall be your inkwell

where fine silk
may hide
your signature

in curl of musk

~*~

if I were to ask you
to just know me

I wonder
if you would open the book
to the middle,
or if you would start
at the beginning
reading your way to the end
snacking in-between
on strawberries placed here,
and here...

or do you think
that in your ways,
simply placing your hands
on the parchment
will tell you everything
you need
to know?

Thank you,
for loving me in little ways...
knowing I ask
for nothing
more

Oh Soleil...this is...THIS simply 'IS'!
Do you know what I mean?
But of course, you are a woman and you just know.
Love this...so soft, delicate and sensual.

ms noir

I might have to go back to quill
if you are going to be doing the navel
well thing...wonder if that would tickle?
this was lovely ms, enjoyed it.

I think I would prefer finger painting and let your whole body be my palette

Soliel...I was looking for this one last night when I replied to #2.
I finally found it and it was well worth the search....
